The cost of this treatment is:

The total cost will depend on destination and are based on return air fare from Faro, 5 nights accommodation and €100 per day expenses
Total approx costs: €12,010 payable in advance plus €2000 deposit on expenses
Nova Vida was the only place I could find that would accommodate my requirements. I knew I needed a lot of help, it had been going on for too long, but I risked losing everything if I was away for a month. I now know the two weeks as a resident at the clinic were essential and as I left to go home I felt only 'half cooked' but with some determination, regular phone calls and visits from my therapist I was able to get through the difficult times and now I am a lot more confident I can stay away from the grog. My business survived and is now thriving as am I. But be aware. She is a hard task manager and if you think you can 'duck and dive' a little
with the therapy at home, forget it.

‘Designed 4 You’ programme often costs no more than the cost of the full residential programme and has the advantage of addressing real problems in real time. Full details are available from the Clinical team.
There is room for some flexibility in this arrangement but an example of the ‘Designed 4 you’ programme is for the patient to spend 2 weeks in residential care allowing full detox and intensive therapy followed by 2 weeks at home followed by a member of the NVRC Clinical team coming to you for 4 days, 4 hours of therapy each day, 4 times over the following 4 months.
The first two weeks in residential care are essential and are effectively non-negotiable. They offer the opportunity for thorough medical, psychiatric and psychological assessments, medical detoxification if required, grounding in the recovery process and intensive therapy. Whilst we are willing to work with you on the timing of the 2nd outpatient stage of the programme it is essential the commitment is made to keep to the agreed timings.
